Why higher in 2026?
• PGEE 2026 cutoffs went up significantly.
• BITS through GATE also saw higher cutoffs compared to last year.
• More GATE aspirants applying to BITS HD as backup.
• Increased awareness through social media and prep communities.
Strategy: Aim for 160+ in HD Test to be safe for all campuses. Focus on accuracy — negative marking (-1) hurts.
